Yes we are happy to give advice and provide and estimate of costs over the phone.  Sometimes we can even conduct remote home surveys using WhatsApp or FaceTime Video.

Most of the time the answer is yes as we have models that can fit very narrow and steep staircases. 

Its always best to organise an obligation free home survey as there as so many factors to take in to account.  The users mobility and health issues, their seated dimensions and the space available on the stairs are the key factors.  Based on this we can advise what is the best model for the users needs.

All our stairlifts come with product and labour warranties.  In some cases even have a lifetime product warranty.  We offer annual servicing and if required extended callout support beyond the initial warranty period.

This varies on the type and if it is brand new or nearly new.  Straight Stairlifts start from £1350 and can go up to £3000 if they require lots of additional powered features.  Curved Stairlifts Birmingham start from £3000 and very rarely cost more than £6500.  The best thing to do is call for advice or arrange an obligation free home survey.
