What It Means for Chapter Stairlifts
Joining the Which? Trusted Traders endorsement scheme marks an important milestone for Chapter Stairlifts, and it’s one we’re incredibly proud of.
For years, we’ve built our reputation on reliability, compassion, and genuine care for the people who trust us to make their homes safer and more accessible. Our customers regularly tell us how much they value our service, but we also recognise that new customers often look for independent reassurance before choosing a company to welcome into their home. That’s why aligning ourselves with an organisation known for championing consumer interests felt like the natural next step.
The endorsement process was thorough, as you’d expect from such a respected body. What stood out to us was how closely their values matched our own. The assessment team took a deep look at how we operate, how we communicate, and how we support customers before, during and after installation. While our day‑to‑day approach didn’t need changing, we did refine a few areas of our documentation to ensure every detail aligned perfectly with current consumer law. Beyond that, the process reaffirmed that our customer‑first philosophy is already firmly embedded in everything we do.
One of the most rewarding aspects of becoming a Which? Trusted Trader is being able to see verified customer feedback collected independently. Hearing directly from the people we’ve helped, in their own words, is going to be both motivating and humbling. It will give our team a real sense of pride and help us continually refine the experience we deliver.
This endorsement isn’t a finish line for us; it’s a foundation to build on. We’re already investing in new ways to support customers, from improved assessment processes to enhanced aftercare options. We’re also looking at developing additional mobility solutions designed to offer even greater comfort, safety, and independence at home.
