CUSTOMER BACKGROUND
Mrs Wood was finding it increasingly difficult to climb the stairs several times a day in her property in Edgbaston.
The staircase was straight, but the physical effort required to use it was becoming increasingly tiring. The customer wanted to continue living independently and didn’t want their mobility difficulties to restrict which rooms of their home they could use.
After discussing their requirements with Chapter Stairlifts, a straight stairlift was identified as a practical and cost-effective way of making everyday life easier.

Although the staircase was relatively straightforward, the solution still needed to provide:

INSTALLATION PROCESS
The installation was completed in approximately 2 hours.
The stairlift was securely fitted to the staircase and thoroughly tested before the installation was completed.
The customer was shown how to operate the stairlift and given the opportunity to use it themselves, so they felt confident before the team left.
THE OUTCOME
For Mrs Wood the impact was immediate.
